Since the invention of the first vehicle, the stride with which the industry has grown has seen the production of more cars than anyone could have imagined. The vehicle was among the first development of the past century that has completely over hauled the way people travel all over the world.
The invention of the round wheel in the past civilization improved the means of transportation that were available to the common man. The round wheels were places beneath the wagon, and the transformation of the simple wagon had begun. The wagon had to have a force that would propel it to go forward. The first idea was for the person who wants the cart to move to either pull it or push it. This meant that one could load the cart with goods that would normally be too heavy for the individual to carry. Once the goods were safely on the cart, and they were properly secured then the individual could cover large distances with some effort on his part. The inventors and the thinkers in the society back then felt that they had t stream line this moving around with a cart business. They took the beast of burden that is the donkey and the horse and strapped a yolk around their necks attached to the cart on wheels.
This simple invention meant that even greater distances could be covered by the combination of man wheels and beast. Soon, the refinement of the cart was done so that there were now coaches that travelled with passengers attached to several horses. This was the most popular means of transportation aside from mounting a horse or walking the entire length of the journey. The wheel was to prove to be the invention of the century as it made it possible to go further than what anyone had imagined. This use of horse power to make the carriage move forward in its travels is still in use in now day’s times. The invention of the car of course relegated the carriage to a number two positions.
The carriage horse drawn mode of transportation is usually done for entertainment these days. If one wants to make the date with their lover more romantic and memorable then they can get a horse draw carriage to transport the two of them from dinner to the hotel. They can hire the services of these horse-drawn carriages to deliver the bride to be to the church to give the whole weeding experience a sense of class and beauty.
